Hello Jack,

How are you? I hope that everything is great. I apologize that I haven’t written to you for such a long time, but I was busy with my exams.

In your last letter you told me that you caught a cold and I feel sorry about you. You said that you are treating by yourself and I consider it’s a big mistake. I advise you to go to a doctor.

Also I want to tell you about my last cold and how I recovered. When I caught a cold I felt really exhausted, I had a sore throat. Furthermore, I have a terrible pain in my head. What did I do to recover? I decided to go to our family doctor immediately and it’s a right decision. The doctor examined me and prescribed some pills, he also provided me with some recommendations. For instance, I went for a walk every day and I consumed a lot of products which contained different vitamins. Besides, I had a really strict diet.

I’m healthy now, so I want to give you some advice on how to keep healthy too. Firstly, you should have a healthy diet, so you shouldn’t eat fast-food or other bad food. Secondly, you should do a physical activity. You told me that there is a swimming pool near your house, so I advise you to try swimming. And the last one, I recommend you to wear clothes by the weather.
